Mollie Radonovich – President/Owner

Mollie started MR Metals in May of 2005 and has steadily increased the volume and revenue since.  Under her direction, MR Metals has enjoyed a 50% growth each year and is three years ahead of their ten year business plan.  With a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing and a Masters degree in business administration, she leads the company toward continued growth and success.

Russell Radonovich – Vice President of Operations

Russell started his ironworking career with Local #5 in Washington D.C.’s apprenticeship program in 2003 where he was awarded Apprentice of the Year.  Since then, he worked for various union ironworking companies in the D.C. area as a journeyman ironworker where he honed his skills.    He found a need in the market for a company with integrity and a passion for their work.  Together, Russell and Mollie provide an effective and structured executive team with both business skills as well as hands-on experience.

Travis Sprouse – Project Manager

Travis started in the field as a journeyman ironworker for MR Metals in 2008 and has since been promoted to Project Manager.  Travis is responsible for all aspects of our projects from award to completion.  He is also part of the management and safety teams which meet monthly to evaluate or current practices and implement needed changes.  Travis brings years of management experience through all facets of construction.

Tammy Radonovich – Accounts Receivable/ Estimator

Tammy began her career with MR Metals in 2007 as our accounts payable clerk but has since crossed the gap into learning how to estimate.   She is responsible for projects up to $200,000.00 of either structural steel or miscellaneous metals.    When not estimating, she is busy taking care of the billing and job costing for all our projects.
